This meeting was held at the Midtown Carnegie Library. ICON'S President Terry Roberts opened the meeting at 1:00 PM, welcoming everyone present and introduced ICON'S newest members. Terry ask members to check ICON'S Web Site often for current updated meeting changes, such as location change or time changes which may have changed since receiving your printed newsletter by mail. Members were asked to take brochures for their friends to join ICON. Monthly incentive gifts are being considered for sponsoring new ICON Members.

Terry stated that it was his duty to appoint a nominating committee of five members to consider and have a slate of recommended names to fill officers positions. The required elected slots for the coming year. These names ar to be presented at ICON'S March 15th meeting and placed on the ballot. Election will be April 19th.

Brief Officers and Committee reports were given. Secretary Bill Patrick thanked all the members who renewed their membership and those who were thinking about paying them.

Vice-President Mary Phillips invited everyone to attend her Windows SIG, starting at 1:30 PM on Saturday February 22, at The Library Center.

Newsletter Editor announced that it was time for all the articles to be in ASAP for the for the March Newsletter issue.

The meeting was turned over to Program Chairman Nancy Preffitt, who presented a demonstration on Turbo Tax, stating how easy these filings may be made online electronically. Questions, answers and comments followed.

The meeting closed at 3:15 PM.
