This meeting was held at The Library Center starting at 1:00 PM. President Terry Roberts welcomed this enthusiastic crowd of ICON Members and Visitors, introducing Visitors & New ICON Members.

Terry discussed all of the planned Special Interest Group Meetings and he encouraged members and friends to attend as many of these meetings as possible, participating with their questions and computer experiences. Genealogy, Digital Imaging - Desk Top Publishing - Surf the Net - Windows 98 & XP and Word Processing.

Officers asked for brief reports; Program Chairman Nancy Preffitt announced upcoming programs, May 17th -- Mick Topping "How to make your own Web Page". June 21st - Jim & Margaret Schatz "More about their Genealogy research and Book".

Today, being ICON'S Annual election, by your ballots elected Terry Roberts President, Mary Phillips Vice-President, Bill Patrick Secretary, Sarah Marshall Treasurer, Faye Patrick Newsletter Editor, Nancy Preffitt program chairman, Betty Spence Membership Chairman, Charles Stieb Disk Librarian, Richard Preffitt Education Chairman. These officers will serve ICON through April of 2004.

Charles Stieb presented the program "how to use your scanner and scanner software.
