Here are some Programs available for download from the Internet. Some of these programs take hours to download without a high-speed Internet connection. For your convenience (and a $2 donation), ICON is making these programs available to you on CD. If you would like to pick up a copy of the CD at the June meeting, e-mail Charles Stieb in advance of the meeting.

The CD contains approximately 15 programs, including those below. Of course, you are welcome to download these programs on your own.

1. BrickShooter 2.7

BrickShooter is a game in which you try to match block colors. Four walls hold different-colored bricks, and you select blocks to send to the center. The bricks move while you choose them, but if you set up the middle formation so three or more bricks of the same color touch, they disappear. You get 1 point for every brick that disappears; clear the board and you get 250 points. his updated version features a new skin, scoring system, minor bug fixes, and much more. 2. Free Mah Jongg 1.0

A compact, completely free Mah Jongg Solitaire game. To play, remove tiles by finding matching pairs. The game includes hints and a time-based score. You can play in a window, or use your entire screen. License: Free. Minimum Requirements: Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP

3. Wallpaper Sequencer 3.1

Wallpaper Sequencer is a wallpaper manager with a semi-transparent wallpaper calendar with various skins. Use this tool to create collections of your favorite wallpapers, and automatically change them on each Windows start-up or at specified time intervals. This program lets you create electronic albums of all your favorite photos, graphics, video, and audio media. You can include text and other information; record voice messages for each photo; and add custom background music to your album. Share your photos and other media with other Internet users. Maintain your collection through a simple interface with slide show support and the option to set images as wallpaper for your desktop. Keep a record of the photos and media for each album and subject collected on a particular date. Import addresses from Outlook Express into a multifolder address book with search functions on every field and relational ties to media files.
