Our December program will be a special treat. Kalam Bowling, Elsa
Hazell's grandson, is going to let us in on the secrets of Internet
Cafes. He'll explain how one can visit, play games with others there,
be able to access high-speed Internet, and - at the one he is affiliated
with at least - be able to meet students who are able to help you
with your computer problems. It's going to be interesting. Then,
after the meeting, all those who are interested will meet at Old
Country Buffet for our Christmas party. You need to buy a ticket
@ 50 cents per person for this, so be sure to see Bill Patrick to
get yours. You don't want to miss out on the fun!
In January, Bonnie Brockman will show us how to type by talking!
I wonder if this will eliminate typos? Sure hope so, because I make
plenty! Come and learn how to do this.
February is the time for our new Intel presentation of Centrino
technology. Our own Mick Topping will be the presenter for this.
Gifts for everyone who fills out a program evaluation, too! Don't
miss it.
