THINGS METAPHORICAL

This is a really strange site, but well worth the time it takes to figure it out, if you're into things different! You can play on all sorts of interactive things - distort faces, scare fish, make weird and fantastic shapes. There are sections of thoughts that are really "thoughty", simple book and film reviews and other things that defy classification. You can look at the programming of the site and play with some interactive stuff there, too. You may even learn something about programming if you're so inclined. I spent an hour there "reviewing" it, even though Faye was waiting for my article!

IDENTITY THEFT
The title of this site is: "Has some clown taken over your good name?" This police department knows that Identity Theft is no laughing matter and provides in-depth coverage about this topic. I didn't like the sound effect they suddenly throw in - made me jump - but the content is excellent. This site needs to be bookmarked so it'll be handy if you ever need it.

RECALLS

Has a product had a recall notice? If it has, no doubt it will be listed here. See if your car has had any recalls.

AMERICAN RADIOWORKS

This is the website behind the compelling American RadioWorks documentary 'The President Calling'. U.S. Presidents John F. Kennedy, Richard Nixon and Lyndon B. Johnson, for individual reasons, all chose to secretly bug their own telephone conversations, the recordings of which offer listeners one of the most exciting 'fly on the wall' experiences in history. I didn't listen to the recorded excerpts, but found the site interesting anyway.

MARS

Get up and personal with Mars. If there's water, there must be life. See if you can find any Martians I didn't, but could fly around and look at things in 3D. Nice site.
