This meeting was held on Saturday November 20, 2004 at the Brentwood Library.

ICON'S President Mary Phillips opened this meeting at 1:00 PM by welcoming everyone present, recognizing new ICON members and visitors. Mary mentioned the December banquet would be on Saturday December 18th following ICON'S regular meeting and a registration ticket would be needed in advance that space may be set aside for this banquet at Old Country Buffet - 1536 S Glenstone Avenue. (Online Editor's Note: The location has changed to Golden Corral; see details here.) Those wanting to attend should contact Secretary Bill Patrick at one of ICON'S November or December SIG meetings. These tickets will also allow your name to be available for the door prize drawings. Other officers were asked for brief reports and announcements. Secretary Bill Patrick thanked all who have been faithful to ICON, attending and participating in meetings and renewing annual membership dues.

Treasurer Sarah Marshall gave a treasurer's report. Newsletter editor Faye Patrick thanked all who write articles for ICON'S monthly newsletter, and announced that articles were needed ASAP for December Edition.

Program Chairman Terry Roberts had arranged for a speaker from Springfield Technology who spoke of Security, using Anti-Virus protection and keeping your anti-virus definitions current.

After a question and answer period, this meeting adjourned at 2:45 PM.
