This meeting was held in The Library Center (Auditorium) 4653 S. Campbell, starting at 1:00 PM. VP Nancy Preffitt open this meeting by welcoming everyone present. Nancy reminded us that this was ICON'S Annual meeting, election of officers and appointed three tellers to count all the mail in ballots as our by-laws require. Other officer’s reports were given along with a report of members who had been ill. Secretary Bill Patrick reported that ICON'S pen order had arrived and furnished everyone present with a personalized pen which carries ICON'S mailing address and web site address.

One ICON Member suggested that mailing out a special ballot, is too expensive and that the by-Laws should be changed let out of town members vote on line. Terry Roberts said that he though this could accomplish, and promised to discuss it with The Web Master.

Bill Patrick relayed Mary Phillips notice about ICON'S New Hardware SIG would be held on Saturday April 23rd, 10:00 a.m. The Library Station (Frisco Room)

Adding/Replacing a Hard Drive and, or other subjects which the members request, Ed Piland agreed to head up this SIG for ICON Members.

Newsletter editor reminded the ICON Authors that its time to get the May newsletter in the works, and that she would appreciate every ones early article.

After these announcements it was announced that the appointed Tellers had counted the ballots and were ready to give their report. The report was as follows; all officers which appeared on this ballot were reelected.

Program Chairman Terry Roberts proceeded with the program that had been scheduled .
