A. In order to see the trash and clean it out, the message must be forwarded as inline text rather than as an attachment. There will be one or more blue vertical lines that remain and cannot be deleted.

• Choose whether you would like to forward the message as an attachment or as inline text by clicking the down arrow on the "Forward" button and selecting "As Inline Text" or "As Attachment".
• Click the "Forward" button. This will open a Compose Mail window. If you have chosen to forward as an attachment, the Compose Mail window will be blank. If you have chosen "Inline Text," the Compose Mail window will contain the text of the forwarded message.
• In the To:, Cc:, and Bcc: fields, enter the email addresses of your intended recipients.
• In the message window, type any additional text you would like to include.
• Click the "Send" button.
*If you would like to set inline text as your default rather than attachment, click the Click the "Options" link located on the top-right side of the mail main page, choose "General Preferences" scroll down to the Forwarding header, and select "Inline Text." Be sure to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the Preferences window to put your new settings into effect.

At the right end of the toolbar your will see either an Edit button or a Customize tool .

Clicking on the Edit/Customize button brings up an Edit Browser buttons window where you can Add or Remove buttons.
