| Q. How can I tell all my contacts about my new email address? |
A.The following directions will get the word out.
- Open AT&T Yahoo! Mail, and click on Options on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Under the Management heading, clear down at the bottom of the list is a link called Announce Email Address; click on it.
- An Announce Address window opens. Under Personalize Your Announcement, click on Insert from AT&T Address Book; it’s in blue text.
- The Address Book opens; if you want to send to everyone, click on Check All, then click the Insert Checked Contacts button. Click Next. You may want to do only 25 at a time because sometimes a spam blocker will think a message being sent to too many people is spam.
- Fill in the Subject line, but the custom message part isn’t necessary.
- Click on the Preview and Send Announcement button and you’ll see a preview of the announcement card. The card is rather nice.
- Click on the Send button.

- Click the Save Changes button.

| A. Follow the path Start > All Programs > Accessories > Calculator. Right click on Calculator and select Pin to Start Menu. To remove it from the Start Menu, right click on the shortcut and select Unpin from Start Menu. |
